Dr. Chapman OB/GYN is right on top of your health needs. I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer Aug 7,13 and had surgery Sept 11, 13. She didn't hesitate to refer me to a specialist GYN/ONC doctor that I needed to do my surgery. She also has sense of humor which is nice when your nervous! Her office staff and nurses are kind and caring.
I liked that the physician listened to what my concerns and fears were with having surgery. Dr. Danilyants was great at making me feel more comfortable. Her personal follow up call after surgery made me feel like I was her only patient :) I have already recommended friends to visit the center. I know they will have the same positive experience I had.
Dr. J.K. Huggins is my gyn/ob doctor. I've have been a patient for 10 years. She has treated me with the most respect. She listen to the problems and question I ask of her and explains them to me so I can understand and decide the best results for me. Dr. Huggins just performed my Hysterectomy on Sept, 10 of this year. When I saw her beautiful smile.I knew everything would be ok. She was there for me 100 per cent. She talk to my family before and after surgery. She checked on me often before I was released. I would recommend her to any patient who feels they need to be with a doctor who has experience what they have or will be going through. You can talk to her without feeling, look down on.
One of the best Doctor in his field. He listen to your problem, giving best time to review patient history. And giving best treatment. One of the best personality. He is cheerful, comforting, friendly, trustworthy, experienced, diligent. I highly recommend this doctor.

Excellent surgeon and great support staff. I was well taken care of before surgery and through all the follow up after.
And I'm very happy with the results from my surgery!
I came to Dr. Franz after a year of being treated at another hospital for fibroids, cysts, cervical dysplasia and heavy bleeding. The doctors at the other hospital were patronizing and unprofessional, and I was not getting any straight answers,so I decided leave it. I had to drive two hours to see Dr. Franz, but she was worth it. She was friendly, sincere and she look the time to listen and to explain all my options. It took a year of visits, tests and treatments before I decided a hysterectomy was my best option. She in no way pushed me into it. Not only is she a skilled surgeon, but she has a very comforting bedside manner. I was completely nervous waiting in the pro-op room, but when she pulled back the curtain and entered the room, all my fear went away. The surgery went perfect and I had very little pain and no complication. I feel 100% better.
A terrific doctor who's helped me out time and time again, from the time I needed a hysterectomy to cholesterol and GERD issues to my husband's brain tumor and diabetes. I always find her to be very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When my husband's brain tumor was diagnosed she even called us at home to see how we were getting on, left a message, and was sad we didn't call her back. Highly recommended.
This doctor operated on my husband for a malignant brain tumor. Excellent surgeon and did an awesome job. Well-liked and well-thought of by the nursing staff as well. He is also a very kind person and explained a sad diagnosis to us well and answered all our questions. Keeps the family up to date on the patient's progress in the hospital well also. We highly recommend him!
Dr. Asadullah Khan is my husband's neuro oncologist. My husband is in the last stages of GBM (glioblastoma). Sad diagnosis, but we couldn't have a better doctor. Dr. Khan is very knowledgeable in his field and also a very kind and compassionate person. He has broken his schedule a couple of times to come to ambulatory and see my husband on days when there was an emergency. He is also always reviewing and up to date on all the current chemo combinations being tested on this rare cancer. All the nurses in the chemo clinic know him and assure us he's an excellent doctor as well. If you or a loved one has a GBM diagnosis in the Richmond, VA area, see this man if you can. He is a wonderful human being.

Very knowledgeable and one of the top doctors in the Richmond VA area for this specialty. Really cares about patients and tries to help with any issues you have after your hysterectomy.
I'm a 38-y-o female in Seattle recently diagnosed with Lynch Syndrome. Due to the high risk of female cancers and a family history of those hitting young, my PCP, genetic counselor, and ObGyn-Oncology surgeon all said get a full hysterectomy ASAP.
That ObGyn-Oncology surgeon was Amy Brockmeyer at Virginia Mason main hospital/clinic in downtown Seattle. Amy is amazing. I was very comfortable with her right from the start. She is extremely knowledgeable not only in her field but also in understanding my genetic condition, which many doctors either never heard of or only know a little about. Amy and I met twice before surgery and so far once after. Each appointment, she is very thorough and warm but still manages to be fast and direct. For an impatient person like me, that's the perfect combo! I hate doctors who rush you out before you've gotten all the info!
Amy wanted to try a low-dose HRT after my surgery, and I did not want to due to past history with hormones. I consulted an ... [More..]
Great! Dr. Jurney explained everything to me making it simple. Not in a rush to see others, just giving me my time for question and answers. I love her, she is a great doctor. Need to update blood pressure equipment. Long gone with the day of pumping at arm.
I went to Dr Brown for a second opinion and was treated with respect. He listened to my concerns and talked to me like a human being. He did not talk over my head and took my concerns seriously. Dr Brown did my TAH. I was bothered that it had to be done abdominally but after talking with him and listening to him explain my risk and why it would have to be done abdominally I felt more at ease. I feel that Dr Brown did a good job and treats me well as a patient. He has a good bed side manner. I will continue to see Dr Brown for my yearly well woman check ups.
