Dr. Dornbier really take the time to get to know his patients. He has a wonderful bedside manner and will call to see how the patient (s) are doing. He doesn't leave that up to a nurse. I wish I would have known about him when I had my first two children. He delivered my third, performed many a biopsy, performed my abalation, tubal, and hysterectomy. She has an awesome sense of humor, and it just a great doctor who really makes sure that you understand everything before signing on for any procedure. He is early most of the time for any procedure that I have had done, and really makes you feel comfortable. He is the only OB/GYN that has never been rough with me during a pelvic exam. I am actually more comfortable with him than my own family doctor and I think that says a lot. I would and do trust him with my life.
I am not a fan of being a patient but Dr Greenberg was an absolute pleasure to see. He was actually my second opinion after I didn't like the option I was given at my first. He spent time walking me through my concerns and gave me several treatment options to put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Dr Greenberg to anyone who is looking for a really great doctor/surgeon.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer and so I decided to do double mastectomy with immediate tram flap reconstruction. Dr. Sweat did an excellent reconstruction job!!! It exceeded my expectations. I am so impressed with his work and My husband and I are very happy with the outcome.
Dr. Sweat is very personal. He makes it a point that his patients understand the medical procedure - translating medical terms to something understandable by ordinary people. He presents all options to patients and walks you through pros and cons. He still takes care of you post surgery, ensuring you're happy with the outcome and willingly listens to concers you may have.
Hearing the breast cancer diagnosis from my surgeon was hard to accept. It affects a lot of women psychologically, mentally, physically - it affects ones self esteem, confidence, etc. But my experience with Dr. Sweat has actually helped eliminate those insecurities and uplift my self esteem... I know that I still have to face cancer no ... [More..]

Dr. Stemple was my OB/GYN in 1987/88 for the birth of our son, and remained my gynecologist for several years after that.
He is a wonderful doctor, compassionate and caring, and we had complete trust and confidence in him throughout the 9 mos. of my high risk pregnancy. I was on bedrest for 4 mos, and Dr. Stemple answered my calls personally anytime I had a question.
He not only made us feel especially cared about, he took special care to greet our son each time he saw him, even years after his birth.
We really appreciated how important he made us feel.
His staff also was very caring and friendly.
We wish him many blessings in his Florida practice, and know that many, many Moms and Dads will be blessed by his tender care and compassionate heart.

The entire practice he is associated with are outstanding from the staff to the P.A.'s and Doctors. They all genuinely show care and concern for all their patients.
Dr. Brenner did a radical prostectomy deue to prostate cancer, there were some minor complications on my part, recovery was difficult but he was availalble anytime he was needed and I never felt rushed nor did he hesitate to answer every single question I had but also gave me multiple options.
For this specialty, I wouldn't go to any other practice.

This was the first surgery I could ever remember (had one other surgery when I was 4 weeks old). I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids and the only guarenteed way to permanently treat them was by having a hysterectomy. I was scared and he and his staff were wonderful in helping me with my emotions and questions. He gave me all the facts and probabilities of complications and alternatives should circumstances change during surgery. He included my husband and made sure that he understood what was going on and what to expect of me afterwards (including the chores he'd have to do while I recover).
Surgery (vaginal hysterectomy) went as planned; surgery lasted 40 minutes; one night stay in the hospital; back to work in 5 weeks. No complications.
I would recommend Dr. Weghorst to any woman.
Living in the area basically most of my life i pretty much had just one ob./gyn doctor .( i had my children at twenty and had my tubes tied by late twenties ) All my years with my ob/gyn Dr.were mostly routine visits with a few little problems here and there . A year or so ago, my Doctor retired . I began seeing another Doctor in the practice .
To me a ob/gyn doctor is the most important DR. to a woman. You go through so many different changes in dealing with woman's issues and concerns and many being very difficult topics .My DR is very important to me and to know that he understands me ,has patience with me ,and knows my medical history is a priority to me .
Then my GYN medical crisis happened. My DR told me he didnt do the surgery that i needed and referred me to another DR. in the practice that could possibly do the surgery well with in 2 minutes of conversation i knew in my heart that HE wasn't the DR. for me ,I didnt feel comfortable nor wanted that DR doing a part... Dr. Harden helped me tremendously. I had been to 6 Drs. in the past 2 years and was very frustrated by Drs throwing pills at me to solve my problem with my periods. She listened to what I talked with her about. She made me feel like I was the most important thing in the room and that my concerns were valid. I cried and was so thankful that she cared about me as a person and as a patient. She did recommend that I go to her associate Dr. Ash Dabbous, for my as he is very gifted at performing this surgery his interests are: Pelvic reconstruction
Female Incontinence, Robotics, and Advanced Laparoscopy. The fact that she didn't HAVE to do my surgery just to say she did it spoke greatly of her. She has her patients best interests at heart and I would recommend her to any and all women who need a caring Dr. in San Antonio!

Is this Review about Michelle Ann HARDEN helpful to you?
I was referred to Dr. Dabbous from my Dr, Dr. Michelle Harden to perform my laparoscopic hysterectomy. He understood exactly the frustrations that I had and listened to me when I talked to him. (He was Dr. #7) He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything in detail. I was very comforted because he performs this type of surgery on a weekely basis and I highly recommend him to any and all who are looking for a great Dr. to perform a laparoscopic hysterectomy. Dr. Dabbous cares for his patients and has their best interests at heart. He has excellent bedside manner and is very comforting and patient. THANK YOU Dr. Dabbous!

I have several reasons for recommending Dr Raefsky. 6 years ago, he treated me for stage II breast cancer. I chose to be treated by him because his preferred method was less harsh and easier to manage with my job than the other oncologist I consulted. I am still cancer free! Also, I brought my father to Dr. Raefsky almost two years ago with terminal prostate cancer. The dr. and his staff were always so kind to my father. I believe he sometimes enjoyed going to the doctor. : )
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Domingo. I had lifethreatening complications in my 8th month of pregnancy and Dr. Domingo was so awesome through all of it. It is now almost 6 years later and am still having health problems stemming from my pregnancy, but he has been there for me from day 1. I see him not only as gyn, but as an internal medicine patient. He goes out of his way to do everything in his power to help me. I've never met another dr who was so caring. He spends a lot of time with me and never rushes through an appointment or visit in the hospital. As far as I am considered he is part of my family! He always asks how my daughter is and fills her full of candy at office visits! He even asks about my mom!
I would recommend him to anyone! I would never even think of going to another doctor!

Dr. Mackoul is the best gyn surgeon in the area. He is on the cutting edge of laparoscopic hysterectomies. I had an incredibly easy total hysterectomy and short, virtually painless recovery. He is proficient in the research regarding HRT as well. I skipped menopause!

Dr. Schechter is truly a caring and compassionate doctor. He and his staff are warm, friendly, and do everything possible to accommodate his patients' needs. He is one of the few doctors left who actually take the time to *listen* to his patients, and he cares for the patient as a whole person as opposed to just a collection of symptoms. I also like the way he is willing to communicate/follow-up with his patients via email where applicable. There are a *lot* of doctors in the Los Angeles area, but not many who provide the type of quality care found in Dr. Schechter's practice.

WOW, what a physican! I miss her terriblely. She was my primary care doctor for 3 years before her practice moved. She understood me-helped me-and gave me someone who could sympathize with my every need. She helped me through the most difficult times (post partum depression). She is a wonderful Doctor and i haven't found another doctor (besided the OB she recommended) that has treated me with such a tender heart. I wish she was still in my area (although i have thought about making the 4 hour drive down to see her practice). Even after she left the area she still wanted to continue to check on me. She was more than a doctor to me!

Dr. Khachan has been my OB/GYN for the past 5 yrs. I wish all doctors were more like him. He helped me through the loss of one and birth of my last 2 sons (emergency section on the first one and a VBAC for the second). He is currently helping me with my 3rd pregnancy. I walk into his office and his office nurses are extremely nice and call me by name. Wait time is not a big issue, but dealing on 'baby time' things really can't be planned 100%. He always came over and checked on me when he thought i should be monitored and treated me as his only paitent he had. I would absolutely recommend him. He has been the best doctor i have ever received care from in the last 27 years!
